By using the ZTaksi app you accept the terms below. ZTaksi is an intermediary request platform that
connects passengers with independent taxi drivers; the transportation service is provided by the driver.
1. Account
- A valid phone number and verification (OTP) are required to create an account.
- You must be over 18 years old.
- You are responsible for the security of your account and device.
2. Use of the Service
- You use the App only for lawful purposes and with accurate information.
- Drivers must hold a valid license, registration and required permits.
- Creating fake requests, manipulating the system, or endangering others’ safety is prohibited.
3. Fees and Payment
The fare is shown in the app before the trip starts or upon completion. Payment methods are indicated in the ride flow.
4. Limitation of Liability
ZTaksi is an intermediary platform. The driver is directly responsible for the transportation service between driver and passenger. ZTaksi does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service.
5. Suspension / Termination
Your account may be suspended or terminated in case of a breach of these terms.
6. Privacy
Processing of your personal data is governed by the Privacy Policy.
