Account & Data Deletion Request
This page explains how to request deletion of your ZTaksi account and the personal data you shared with us.
Your request is processed after your identity is verified.
How to request
- In the app: Profile → Support → create a “Delete my account” request.
- By email: Email [email protected] stating the phone number registered to your account.
What gets deleted

| Name, phone, profile photo, saved addresses, device/session records, push tokens, driver documents, support messages | Trip/transaction records required by financial/commercial regulations (for the period mandated by law, limited and access-restricted) |
Timeline
Requests are completed within 30 days at the latest. Records under a legal retention obligation are automatically deleted or anonymized once the period expires.
